Description
Boned turkey stuffed with a boned duck with a boneless pheasant and filled with a sage & onion sausage meat stuffing. Serves approx. 8 – 10 people.
A Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods. This has been stuffed with Duck and Pheasant. The whole thing is layered with a sage & onion sausage meat stuffing and boned so the carving is simple. The legs are left on for that traditional look.
